Where do my orders ship from?
Each piece ships directly from the maker or partner studio that produces it. That keeps prices fair and means your item is handled as few times as possible. If you order several items they may arrive in separate parcels.
How do I track my order?
As soon as your order leaves the studio you’ll receive an email with a tracking link. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to show its first scan.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship to the US, Canada, UK, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand and much of the EU. Any import duties are shown at checkout where possible.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be changed or cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. Just reply to your confirmation email or use the form below.
My item arrived damaged — what now?
We’re so sorry. Send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we’ll ship a replacement or refund you in full, no return needed.
